The ground floor comprises an elegant living room with a smart TV and a comfortable sofa bed for two extra guests, a cozy dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen overlooking the lush garden.
The master bedroom, with en-suite bathroom and direct access to the outside, offers a peaceful oasis of relaxation.
Climbing the wrought iron spiral staircase leads to the spacious master bedroom on the upper floor, which offers breathtaking sea views and has a private bathroom, also with sea views!

Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a double private parking space inside the property, ensuring convenience and security for your vehicles.
In front of the main entrance to the house and accessible directly from the kitchen, a charming table in the shade of a laurel tree offers a picturesque setting for enjoying meals with panoramic views of the sea and the city.
The outdoor patio under the vineyard, equipped with a long mahogany table, gas barbecue, wood-burning oven, and relaxation area with sofa, is the ideal place to prepare delicious meals and enjoy magical moments outdoors.
The pool is the real jewel of the property: panoramic and surrounded by nature, it offers a breathtaking view of the Gulf of La Spezia. Here, you can relax on comfortable sun loungers, sip delicious cocktails at the private professional bar, equipped with an ice making machine, two refrigerators, a professional barman equipment, and take a refreshing shower in our outdoor shower.
The pool leads to a panoramic hill specially designed as a relaxation area. Here, amid the gentle breeze and birdsong, an enchanting four-poster outdoor bed awaits you, from which you can admire the majesty of the Apuan Alps.
Two handcrafted armchairs invite you to rest and contemplate, while the breathtaking landscape of the Gulf envelops you in an embrace of pure beauty.
There is an outdoor recreation area equipped with a ping pong table and foosball table, ideal for moments of relaxation and fun.
We have a vegetable garden with fresh seasonal vegetables and aromatic plants available to guests. We harvest the produce ourselves, offering fresh, genuine, and locally sourced ingredients at no additional cost. This free service represents the union between nature and cuisine and offers a unique and sustainable experience.
The villa offers a variety of spaces to explore and enjoy the surrounding nature: from the lawn to the olive grove, from the citrus grove to the bamboo forest, every corner conveys serenity and splendor and, framed by the wonderful view of the sea, the city, and the mountains, it is a true idyll for the eyes.
