Designed to host up to 6 guests, our exclusive countryside retreat blends natural charm and modern comfort - a panoramic pool, lush gardens, al fresco dining, and every detail thoughtfully taken care of.
The Indoor
The ground floor welcomes you with an elegant living room, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the garden. A serene master bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom and direct garden access completes this level.
Upstairs, reached via a wrought iron spiral staircase, the master suite offers a panoramic sea view and its own private bathroom — the unique charm of the Ligurian coast at your feet.
The Outdoor
Surrounded by olive trees, citrus groves, a bamboo forest and wild countryside, the property opens onto sweeping views of the Gulf of La Spezia and the Apuan Alps. Guests enjoy private parking within the gated estate from the moment they arrive.
Dining & Lounge
A laurel-shaded dining area just outside the kitchen sets the scene for al fresco meals with sea views. Beneath the vineyard pergola, a long mahogany table, gas barbecue and wood-fired oven make room for slow lunches and dinners under the stars.
Garden & Games
A seasonal organic vegetable garden and aromatic herbs are free for guests to pick from — we're happy to harvest for you on request. For leisure, a ping pong and foosball area is at your disposal.
The Pool
The panoramic pool, immersed in nature, is the crown jewel of the estate — loungers, a private pool bar (complete with an ice maker) and an outdoor shower to cool off.
Relax Area
A path from the pool leads to a hilltop retreat, where a canopy bed and handcrafted lounge chairs invite you to slow down, surrounded by sea breeze and birdsong.
